Just off the main drag in Healesville, this subterranean uber cool bunker wouldn’t be out of place in the city. The building is one of the most striking in town, a collection of warm blond wooden slats standing to attention like a bundle of matchsticks.

Their menu is edgy and features generous share plates with rich flavors at affordable prices.
